2 dogs are so skinny you can see their ribs plus piles of trash under a tarp in driveway. Rats can be seen in and around the area.
Codes has come out, as well as pest management and animal control. She has not picked up the trash and the trash she did pick up went straight into her garage. She has not complied with any of the orders she was given. My worry is that she has an infant son and the trash she is throwing into the garage is a health hazard to him. Please help!

Please be advisd that Codes inspected this locaiton on August 11, 2011 and the owner was issued an abate notice to have all junk, trash, debris removed from the premsies. The Cdoes RFS Number is 11-1061798. The reinsepciton for compliance will be made on September 11, 2011.
Regarding the issue with the animals, Animal Control will need to be contacted, as Codes has no jurisdiction regarding animals.
