This intersection is atrocious. I've witnessed several fender benders here. People pull into the left turn only lane and go straight down Montgomery. Unfortunately, the left arrow and green light that goes straight down Montgomery turn green at the same time. Cann the arrow turning left be adjusted so that it turns green first then red?
