5 am this morning Friday. we had a sugar coating sprinkle of snow. across street guy using leave blower to blow snow off sidewalk. police offer stated they are allowed when we have lots.of snow. 5 am. we have not had a lot of snow! and leaf blowers are not for snow!!!!!

If you have a situation with a gas powered leaf blower it must be reported to the police desk at 847-866-5000 so they can come out and enforce the city code.
