Please be advised that Codes currently has an open and pending case for this location - RFS # 10-1050333. The owners of the proeprty have not been located - Codes has placed the proeprty in a title research for ownership. Civil warrants have been issued but have been returned due to the owners cannot be located. Codes monitors this house on a weekly basis. Until an owner or hier can be located to hold responsible, there is no further action we can initiate. We are working dilligently to locate a responsible party. To gain a status, please call the Codes Proeprty Standards Dividsion at 862-6590.

The Metro Health Dept. should do something to help with this! This property is a danger to many small children and people with domesticated animals who live in this area. No one has tended to this property in many months--it is overgrown, the house is open to anyone or thing through a side window, there are rats and other vermin branching out into the surrounding neighborhood and it is only a matter of time until someone gets injured or sick. Please do something to help!

As I had stated eight (8) days ago, Cods and Building Safety has an open and pending case on this proeprty, but we are not able tolocate the owners of the proeprty. Regarding the issue with vermin, you will need to contact Metro Health directly at 340-5616. They will be abke to asist you n this matter.

as far as I have found out the property has been taken by the bank and safe guard is supposed to keep up the property. There number is 216-739-2900.

Unfortunately, Codes does not have another responsible party to cite - currently YOUNG, TERRY L. ET UX are still the legal owners.
