Description

Hi, we have a water pressure issue and it's been ongoing ever since March of this year. We have been making multiple calls with the water dept & they came out a few times but nothing has been resolved. We need a plumber with the water dept to come and increase the water pressure because we can barely wash clothes, take baths and so forth and the bill is steadily increasing. Hi, this problem hasn't been resolved. The water department of Atlanta came out but just opened the fire hygrien. We need a plumber from the Atlanta Watershed to increase our water pressure. I was also given a name of a supervisor(Tony Thomas 404-235-7059) whom I have called several times and left messages but no one is calling back so, if I don't get a response real soon then I'm going to have to take legal matters against the city of Atlanta. Please have someone call me at 404-729-9040 so that we can resolve the matter.

This water pressure problem hasn't been resolved and as a matter of fact, it's slowly getting worse. This is an injustice with our water bill steadily increasing. I really need to look in legal matters on this issue because no one seems to be listening.

Our water pressure issue hasn't been resolved as of yet. Will you all please send someone out from the Watershed department to resolve this problem because it's very difficult to use your washing machine & so forth. I've been complaining about this issue several times.
