HOWEVER MY LAWN WAS BADY DAMAGED BY A SNOW PLOW DURING THE FIRST SNOWFALL AND MY CLAIM HAVE NOT BEEN RECOGNIZED OR ACTED UPON YET SEE CLAIM#837094 SUBMITTED 1/20/22 WITH MULTIPLE PHOTOS.
I WAS REJECTED ON A SIMILAR LOSS TO MY YARD ON CLAIM #765333 BACK IN 2019 AND THE REASON WAS GIVEN THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE CITY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THEY THOUGHT THAT I DID THE DAMAGE TO MY OWN PROPERTY.
Thanks for acknowledging that the lot was cleaned. Regarding your claim submitted on 1/20/22, please see information below on how to file a claim or follow up on a claim.
