There have been no heat nor hot water on random nights and sometimes even into the morning without warnings. Tenents have made 311 calls in the past. There are all types of people in this apartment: elderly, young, disabled, sick, and adults.

I called Goldmont Realty and they said the super would fix the problem of no hot water. Please also contact your city council member for help with these ongoing heating violations.
