Lots owned by the City of Richmond adjacent to Montrose Heights Park on Fenton Street (there are 2 overgrown lots with dangerously huge trees. These lots have tires and other trash that are a breedding ground for mosquitos and other insects. Danger of falling Tall trees after Hurricane Irene. Mosquitos and other insects have been breeding in this area. Several complaints have been made - nothing done. Only debris on road growing in street has been cleaned. Please help the residents keep this city clean and safe.
