Lots owned by the City of Richmond adjacent to Montrose Heights Park on Fenton Street (there are 2 overgrown lots with dangerously huge trees. These lots have tires and other trash that are a breedding ground for mosquitos and other insects. Danger of falling Tall trees after Hurricane Irene. Mosquitos and other insects have been breeding in this area. Several complaints have been made - nothing done. Only debris on road growing in street has been cleaned. Please help the residents keep this city clean and safe.

The trees don't seem to much of a problem, huge trees are great. However, the tires sitting on 2001 Fenton tangled up in the weeds, just beyond the guard rail....they are a problem and they are still there.
