On Nursery lane , which is a pick-up spot for Las Lomas student , whole food market keeps trash containers on the street , filled daily with raw meats and everything else , office employee student , and hospital /DR patients get to see and smell the odors , when it's 100 degrees out side , flies rats and all other animals are attracted,

When Whole FoodFood was permitted to operate, trash was to be inside enclosures and away from the street,

Is Whole food allowed to do this because they are organic ?
