Thank you for submitting this request. We are working on Installing physical barrier along some section of Washington Blvd to add further protection to bike lanes and prevent cars from pulling over and stopping in bike lanes.

But I’m the mean time it’s the Wild West out here. How about some JCPD enforcement until you get around to upgrading the barriers. This is totally unsafe.

How about closing this issue after you’ve installed this new physical barrier? By closing it now the city is saying they’ve solved this problem and clearly you haven’t.
