Do you know approximate times these acts were commited?

Wondering if its the same people that have been known to follow the UPS/Fedex trucks and steal stuff off the porches once the trucks leave.

Concerned citizen, I can't say what time because we were gone and the neighbors weren't sure exactly what day they noticed the door open.

West Rock Avenue does seem to get hit a lot. I am glad nothing was stolen. Was it reported to the police non-emergency number, 203 946 6316? Even if there is no resolution for this particular case, it is important for the police to have the data to justify assignment of patrols. No reports, no problems, no cops. Every incident needs to be reported.

I did report it although the police seemed a bit baffled that I bothered once I said that nothing was stolen. I told him I wanted to report it for statistical reasons! I completely agree that all these incidents need to be reported and shared here, otherwise you might not know what goes on right around you. I'm not sure if the other neighbors reported their incident.
