This information seems detailed to me: uvm fitness center, third parking lot down from hockey arena entrance, just out side of parking garage.

How much more specific than that can a person get? Why can't they go there and look? The person who reported took the time to be a good citizen, left sufficient information, and that lame response was not acceptable.
