This report of a malfunctioning streetlight / decorative street lamp has been forwarded to the attention of staff in the Engineering Department so that they can investigate and coordinate any needed repairs with the responsible vendor, thank you.

Thank you for your report and for the pole number, both are helpful in identifying ownership. The person at DOT may have been mistaken, lights in this area are maintained by another agency. I will forward to the appropriate persons for repair.
