The ditch in the front of my house hasn't been cleaned in over a year. When it rains it floods the road. There was a crew out earlier this week and cleaned a man hole near guilford and pine but didn't clean the ditches. I was told years ago they were going to do a drainage project to stop the flooding but nothing has been done.
