Road crews ruined the sidewalk when they attempted to fix the growing sink hole issue out side of 86-82 clerk. Both the sidewalk and the street need for be PROPERLY repaired (ie not patched or concreted over budget actually fixed)

I will send this to the JCMUA for their review. If it is found that it is not a sink hole, they will send it back to us and we will either send it to Buildings and Streets to fill the hole or we will look at having the road redone.
