R. Crosswalk crossing kings road at green St gives a walk sign when vehicles on kings road goald straight have the green light to cross. Essentially, pedestrians are told by their light to cross while traffic on the main road is going. While driving this week I have seen multiple pedestrians start to cross with the light directly into on coming traffic. Thank you for looking into this.
