I'm adding two more pictures, one a close-up of the water gushing out of the access port, the other a distant-view of the stream running down to the storm drain where Morewood intersects Fifth Avenue. The situation -- water running out of the source and into the drain -- reminds me of the scene in Catch-22 where the IV-drip and urine collection bag are periodically interchanged. But that's exactly PWSA, isn't it?
