I was trying to report this as a Fire Department issue. The rear of this Hone Depot is a war zone that could easily catch fire. Not only that, it took me over 20 minutes to get my semi truck out from the rear of their store due to illegally Parked vehicles that were parked in the emergency lanes. I have several pics but only one could be uploaded, please note their "products" are making it a tight fit past the loafing docks and that trucks are also parking in that spot to off load small parcels; but more noticeable was the mountain of broken pallets the have abandoned in front of their loading docks.

In short, good luck getting fire trucks around back if there ever was a fire.
