Description

Abandoned van has been parked on Wade Street (near the intersection of Wade Street and Wade Terrace) for over 8 months. Rear windows are covered, but piles of trash bags that fill the cabin can be seen through the windshield. The van is leaking fluids and has a detached, dragging muffler.
