I was told the buses can't fit on r street to turn around. But there is a bus driver that comes home for lunch and she turns around just fine. I just know that it will take a kid to get hit that something might b done

I suggest a letter to the board of education (and a copy here) with a photo of the bus that is parked and turns around fine on your streets during the driver's lunch break.

Clearly, they need to see if a bus indeed can turn around when the driver is off duty... it can on duty. The bus company has told them something not realizing their own employee can and does turn the bus around on your street when not working. Oops!

I am very familiar with that area and am quite surprised that students are required to walk down that hill to catch the bus. That road is not pedestrian friendly. In fact, there are not sidewalks at the bottom of this hill. Something is out of wack here.
