The crew just left with my old trash container, and gave me another replacement. But I had specifically asked to not get a replacement, and I even put a note on the old container asking them to not leave another container. I'm not blaming the crew, I suppose those were their orders. How do I get rid of one of these containers? I don't need 2 black trash containers.

I don't know what you mean by "not removed after it was replaced." Here's what happened.
1. My trash container was made unusable.
2. I reported it was unusable, and asked NOT to receive a replacement, because when I bought this house, there were already 2 trash containers.
3. I put my broken trash container out so it would be removed, and put a note on it asking that the crew NOT leave a replacement. I even put my 2nd trash container in a place it would be easily seen.
4. My broken trash container was removed, and the crew left a replacement, despite my request here and the note on the broken container.
5. I am now requesting pickup for a good trash container, because I again have two.

The extra trash container was just picked up. Talked with the driver, because this was an unusual, confusing situation. I learned that it's possible I'm being charged for 2 black trash containers. Is that true, or is that someone else's department?

Hi there, thanks for checking. With the way our billing works, fortunately, you would not have to worry about extra billing in this case, as these requests were for repairs. Checking the account associated with this address, I can confirm that I only see one black can listed on the account.
