West side of Harrison Road - from Kalamazoo to Trowbridge several street lights are out. Between Marigold and Kalamazoo almost every single one.

At the intersection of Harrison and Trowbridge, there are a couple missing 6 inch water switch manhole covers missing.

If any drunk get hurts Friday night, I will be sharing this with the Bernstein clan. So buck up and fix this stuff. This is my second report in the last month about these issues.
