Deskripsyon

This area is a frequent hangout for druggies, homeless and trash dumping. The walkway is filthy and scary to use.

I don't see that the area has been addressed, the trash remains and is getting worse, the place is a hangout and I have quit using the walkway as it is filthy. You can continue to ignore it, but sending me these emails doesn't seem to help either.
