Agree with concern. That section of Dexter is one of the better roads in the area. The patch referenced is poorly done. There's already enough difference between surfaces that it causes a pretty good bump as you drive over it, which will only get worse with time/traffic, and eventually cause deterioration of the surrounding ashpalt. Leave the road as good or better than it was before it was torn up.

I hate to seem ungrateful, but throwing 10 bags of cold patch has not helped. And will not last very long. Are there requirements for a true fix?

The "fix" is really poor. It literally connects to a brand new ashpalt driveway that's been rolled and is very smooth. Same address.... The clumps of cold patch were basically tossed in the general direction of the original damage and then left for traffic to flatten. Ridiculous at best. A responsible contractor would return the pavement to it's original surface quality as a matter of principle.
