Why does it bother you what they are parking on their property? It’s not on the street.. it’s in their drive way

First of all it’s an out of state vehicle not registered in Ct and is avoiding city taxes. Secondly this is a residential area and it’s unsitely to neighbors. Thirdly there is a trailer parked behind this and it’s beginning to look like a parking lot. Fourthly if the city is unable to get hold of the owner perhaps they need to hire a sheriff. Would you like to live next to this mess?
