Description
The uneven sidewalk, the height difference is approximately 2 inches, represents a hazard to kids and parents pushing their babies in strollers. Kids may fall off their bikes and scooters when they hit the uneven sidewalk causing injuries. When parents push their babies in the strollers, the uneven sidewalk is a threat to cause the baby to be propelled to the sidewalk.

Is placing the tar on the concrete sidewalk the permanent repair? Or, was it a temporary repair until a concrete crew schedules the permanent repair?
