The city workers redoing the sidewalk at this intersection had one lane of Poole Rd partially blocked with a city truck sticking out from Old Poole and a single orange cone in front of it. If a lane is going to be blocked, some advance warning is needed. A single cone is NOT a good warning to oncoming traffic.
