Can you tell me if there are two lights that are out or just one? You gave two pole numbers, so I wasn't sure. Once you have provided the additional information, I will report the outage to EMC. Thanks!

I have notified EMC regarding the lights being out. We saw four with pink ribbons when we were in your subdivision, so we reported them all. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for them to be repaired.

Can you please give me an update as to whether this issue has been resolved? I would like to close it if the lights have been fixed.
