Make the two lanes that turn into the college (from 306 onto Clocktower Dr.) turning lanes only and the right lane a straight lane to continue south on 306.

Going south on 306 from I-90, the center lane at the traffic light is a turning lane and a straight lane. The right lane is a straight lane only but quickly turns into a right turn only.
The traffic light to turn into Lakeland is red for turning but straight thru traffic light is green, so cars in the center lane (turning and straight lane) that want to continue going straight are stuck behind turners or are forced to dodge traffic to get into the fight lane then cut back to continue on 306.
Change both lights going south to be green at the same time while cars travelling north have a red light. Then allow the cars travelling north to have a green light while those facing south have red.
I can only see this area becoming worse with the new Holden building.
