Description

This house is falling down. Weeds 3-4 ft high block the sidewalk requiring neighbors to mow a path to get through. In winter, snow never cleared. Side of house and back yard completely filled with trash and debris not cleared in 7 years we're here. Animals live in the yard. This is not the Detroit Heidelberg Project or Appalachia.
