Ever since the installation of the ICBN cables, the sidewalk has been covered in either sand or thick mud, depending on the weather. I have been walking on the same route for the last 20 years and this only started after they completed the installation of those cables. I called the ICBN project manager and he came out and looked and said it was not their fault but what else could have caused it? It only started after they left. I also called the county and they promised to look into it but it's been over two years and it continues to be a mess. Everyone has to walk around this part of the sidewalk especially after it rains because the mud is too thick. The area in question is a long side of the Kings contrivance restaurant as you walk towards Deer Chase.
