Description
At Blue Hole and Bell Rd. at the light, people cross over in the mornings in the right turn only lane and try to run ahead of traffic almost causing wrecks some mornings. They also keep people from turning right onto bell if they are stopped there.

Thank you for letting MPD know about it and we will look into it and see if some traffic enforcement would curb the actions which are impacting that area in the mornings. If you could, please let me know more specific times and what side of the intersection the issue is on and I will assist anyway possible!!!

I come through there every morning Mon.-Fri. from about 6:30-6:45 a.m. It happens almost every
morning. I have almost been ran over 2-3 times by people trying to cut in front of me from the
turn lane. Had to slam on the brakes to keep from hitting them.
