There is a handicapped parking spot on Rossmore street that has remained unused for the better part of a year. There are two other handicapped spots on this street that are used, but this one is always empty. Please remove it so residents have a place to park; this street is constantly full of non residents, commercial vehicles and police cars (that is shameful considering the station is right there) and residents are constantly forced to park elsewhere.
