It sure is terrible Rcosta. I can come through there in the middle of the night and it’s constantly red and side street has green with absolutely no one around. And daytime there are 8 or 9 cars backed up at the lights on Somerset regularly now slowing down the road with the most traffic. It’s makes no sense.
