I don't know if this house is vacant, but as long as I can remember the steps to the entrance are obstructed by trash and weeds. I know that Markley St. is under reconstruction, but this presents a hazard to anyone who needs to access the front entrance and to pedestrians who must pass by. If someone is living there, they really need to maintain their front yard. To call it an eyesore is an understatement.
