A stop sign at the bottom of the ramp of the westbound 80 Hibernia/Rockaway exit if you are going right? Whose crazy idea was this? If the light is green, why do I need to stop? Should be a 'stop here on red' sign like they have if you are coming off the exit going eastbound.
