Description

While walking by to attend the carnival I noticed a swimming pool in the rear yard with a three foot high fence around the property and gates that were left open allowing any child to access the backyard and potentially drown in the pool. Additionally the ladder for the pool was left in the pool allowing any child that gains access to the rear yard to climb into the pool and drown. This is very unsafe and if proper rules are not followed the pool should be taken down. This needs immediate action!
