City of Worcester, Abby House and Crown Hill Association must force owner to spruce up,clean compose and debris around house-rodents,roaches,and stench
Not to mention unsightly blight on another great part of the area-Can inspectors enforce this,can anybody ask? Owner lives on the first floor and has the building manager living in basement apartment-? Eyesore,sanitary and unsafe ,down tree branches fire hazard
