Description

Somebody has dumped a white substance into the sewer at the northeast corner of Powell and Cassingham. It may just be paint but looks more like a solid substance. There has been ongoing construction at this residence for months with the Powell sidewalk often covered in a muddy/slurry mix and neighbors have been patient with that, but if someone is dumping things into the sewer, I would appreciate it being addressed immediately.
