We are not able to commute from one side of the Brier creek to other as there is no provision for pedestrians. Walkers, Shoppers are struggling without this. Have seen few people running on red light, it's very dangerous

Every few months pedestrians are injured or killed on this intersection. Just last week I saw a badly injured pedestrian on this intersection who was just being loaded into an ambulance.
I have posted this request multiple times in the past and it has been closed out with no further comment. It is sad how nobody addresses this issue. It might be worth forwarding this to WRAL and get some public spotlight on this willfull negligence.
