Description
This resident has several black plastic trash bags piled in the back yard next to the house up past the tops of the windows. They have been there for several weeks because the resident refuses to pay for trash pickup. I'm concerned this will attract rats and vermin to my property.

I have submitted a request for inspection - the Codes RFS Number is 11-1066283. However Click Fix is not an official Government website to report code violaiton to the Department of Codes and Building Safety.
