650 38th ave south: fence slats, chairs, couch, other junk in front yard for more than 2 months.
670 38th Ave., South: old furniture dumped at curb and has been there for more than two weeks.
Couch dumped in empty lot at corner of 38th Ave south and 6th street.

Neighborhood safety and crime:
Young men sell drugs on 38th ave south outside gas station and other places between 6th st and 9th st south, often right outside the children's playground. Residents are afraid to take children to playground. We have complained to police frequently over the last 5 years.
