Traffic Commission approved replacement of speed signs on Merrimac St. to 30 m.p.h on 11/21/13 almost a year ago. I contacted DPW, City Engineer numerous times including latest emails 4/21,7/30,8/22,9/6,9/9. Signs still not replaced. Alderman Raymond
