The consistent failure of residents of this building to use closed garbage bags (not paper bags or nothing) and shut the dumpster lid makes it, unfortunately, understandable that we see and just saw rodents here. I question if the size of the dumpster is adequate for the building. However, the poor garbage practices are deplorable and must be contributing to the alley rodent issue. Please bait but if you could somehow get this building to improve its garbage situation, we would really appreciate it. Thank you.
