When stopped at the stop sign on 12 St N, there is a oak tree branch hanging down and blocking the view of traffic coming from the west on 38th Ave N. Also, there is a tall bush along 12 St N on the same property that is hard to see around. The combination of the 2 obstructions is a car accident waiting to happen.
