Description

There is kudzu/grass/ground covering growing in the gutter preventing water from running off.This causes the water to pool up in front of houses.The ground cover extends to a portable basketball hoop in the cul de sac.Tried to remove some but I am currently rehabbibg a shoulder so that did not work out.Thoiught I saw someone from your department yesterday but they were at the head of the cul de sac looking out to 18th street instead of in front of 1871 68 cir n by basketball hoop.
