Description
The sidewalk dips down and usually stays flooded with water long after rains due to the dip and runoff from the canopy of the business there. Previous business dug a ditch in the right of way at a failed attempt to mitigate the issue, and now the property is vacant and the ditch has been filled in making things worse.
