Description

Studying the waste capacities closer and pre determining future population strains from both Derby & Ansonia on the pending Ansonia treatment system raises two beneficial questions.
1) How does one document limitations as an agreement with Ansonia & Derby knowing the designed system has a max capacity and DEP compliance usage? The preceding question concerns a possible moratorium on develops & increased populations in both municipalities where both WPCA boards monitor development activity as to not strain the modern system.
2) Will both municipalities be allowed to benefit from the pending ENERGY ASSETS derived from the Greenpoint Energy waste sludge system designed into the waste system infrastructure? This becomes an attractive pitch from Ansonia’s concept to deploy this joint operation dealing with multiple municipality use.
These are critical terms to keep RED flags from rising causing a Sh*t flinging contests between two municipalities.
