Deskripsyon

There are swarms of rats every evening in Franklin Square. There are two main areas with nests: 1) in the roots of the two trees closest to the water fountain near 14th & I corner, and 2) in the temporary fenced areas surrounding gravel and fire hydrant close to 13th and K corner.
